Monarchs Over the Otter Tail River

Fergus Falls, MN

All steel kinetic sculpture that is powered by the wind. Butterflies are a steel frame with stained glass. Installed at a splash pad downtown Fergus Falls. This project was funded by the National Endowment of the Arts and Dell Trust, plus private funds locally from Fergus Falls.
